The company has its own fleet and uses 3rd party and sub-contractors for all its transport operations so previous experience in booking, negotiating, and dealing with these are essential.

You will deal with the customer and keep them in the loop throughout the entire process whilst also updating the internal transport system with delivery notes and timings ensuring the customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.

• Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure deliveries are in accordance with the schedules
